He also has served as senior vice president of Santa Rosa Consulting and vice president of consulting solutions for Noesis Health. In addition, Bruce has a proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar growth in startup situations and vertical pursuits within established organizations.
Mike McGuire, Chief Sales Officer
Mike has over 35 years of experience building, managing, and selling successful healthcare information technology companies. Mike’s successful exits include the interface engine company that built Cloverleaf Healthcare.com to Quovadx. Mike helped Don French the owner of Vertisoft, LLC, an EMR company, sell the company to Optio Software. Mike also participated in selling Optio Software to Bottomline Technologies. All of those exits were valued at over $200M. Prior to joining G2 Works, Mike’s roles ranged from Regional Sales manager to VP of Sales to World-Wide VP of Sales to COO, and finally CEO. He’s worked in Fortune 500 companies’s IE., McAuto, McKesson HBOC, ACS, Allscripts to mid range companies like Healthcare .com and Optio Software down to start-ups like Vertisoft and Holon Solutions.

During his tenure, the company experienced over 3,000% growth and expanded to over 180 employees. Among the company’s accolades were being named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies two years running and being ranked One of America’s Most Promising Companies by Forbes. In addition, iSirona was honored to be among the Best Places to Work according to both Modern Healthcare and Outside magazines. Prior to iSirona, Dave served as president and CEO of HCTSi/Noesis Health, a healthcare information technology consulting company he founded in 2004 that was successfully sold to a larger consultancy.
