Bruce Grambley, CEO of G2 Works, added, “To help organizations get to a new level of excellence in how they use their data, we have driven our company to the next level of excellence through the people we put on our team. We are proud to bring someone of Dr. DeBrow’s caliber on board.”

DeBrow’s initial focus will be on helping organizations control the factors that unnecessarily reduce their Medicare reimbursements. “Getting full Medicare reimbursement is extremely challenging,” DeBrow said. “Most organizations have the data they need, but few deploy it effectively enough to reach 100 percent of the reimbursements they’re due. Our consultative services, data analytics, and data integration can get them there. I look forward to helping G2 customers solve that problem.”

DeBrow is widely published and has served as director of health analytics and business intelligence at Accord Health, practice director at Siemens Medical Solutions, and vice president for Healthcare Services at Gulf South Health Plans. He holds bachelor’s degrees in nursing and pharmacy, a master’s degree in trauma and critical care, and a PhD in the management of healthcare systems.
